We are excited to invite you to our upcoming "MBTI Refresher" session, tailored specifically for MBTI certified practitioners.

    Unless you are using the MBTI day in, day out in your organisation or with your clients it can be easily to lose some of the knowledge you gained in your 4-day accreditation course. We would therefore like to welcome you back for this refresher event!

    The MBTI refresher workshop is for qualified MBTI practitioners who may not have used the MBTI tools recently and are seeking to refresh their skills.  It also supports ongoing professional development for existing and recently qualified MBTI practitioners who have experience in the application of MBTI tools and wish to take their practical skills and knowledge to the next level.  Madeleine will take us through how we design and deliver an MBTI Workshop and a workbook will be provided to support this.

    The interactive and engaging workshop is run virtually by Madeleine Harding, senior consultant and occupational psychologist at Talogy, who has extensive experience in end-to-end learning solutions and is a specialist in MBTI, coaching and emotional intelligence initiatives.

    The workshop provides an opportunity for MBTI practitioners to network and share experiences with others in the region while gaining exposure to the latest developments in MBTI tools along with practical ideas and support for application in workplace and coaching settings.

    Madeleine Harling

    Senior Consultant & Organisational Psychologist

    Madeleine is a passionate Organizational Psychologist Consultant and Talent Solutions professional with 7 years' experience working in the field of psychology, 5 years  specifically located in the Middle East. She has increased organization effectiveness by designing and delivering high impact solutions via the creation of evidence-based assessment and development initiatives integrating best-practice organisational psychology.

     

    Madeleine has an extensive experience in end-to-end learning solutions and is a specialist in MBTI, coaching and emotional intelligence initiatives delivering engaging learning journeys across Mid-Level Management to Executive-level. She has a diverse client portfolio including Samsung, Movenpick, TDRA, HSBC and Zurich Insurance. 

    In addition, she has broad experience identifying and selecting high potential talent for development and selection purposes. Madeleine is an Executive Coach and trained in multiple psychometric instruments that enable her to work at various levels in the organization and across industry.
