Lydia leads the UK HR team at Colliers, a global real estate and investment management company with over 900 employees across the UK and Ireland.
With over 18 years experience working in human resources, Lydia has tackled all manner of strategic and operational HR projects during her career, including graduate development, training and career development, HR Operations and business partnering. Lydia previously held the senior position as Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at professional services and investment firm, JLL.
